When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will get charged when the furniture ships out. This policy protects you from getting charged for orders that are not immediately in stock.

How do I pay by check?
To pay by check simply call us to set-up a manual inoice and we will email you with instructions. Or set-up a PayPal account and pay by check through your paypal account. We offer paypal checkout in our store.

What about assembly?
Most of our furniture is shipped with white glove in home delivery. Your order will be delivered by two professional and bonded furniture deliverymen. They will assemble any furniture that needs to be assembled. Some items come directly to your home by freight carriers, these items will be clearly marked as such and will be delivered within the threshold of your home. Any necessary assembly instructions will be included in your packages.

What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
All Products are warranteed for at least 1 year. We request that you contact us directly with any warranty related issues. We guarantee that your order arrives in brand new condition or else we will fix/replace any problems.

What is the Return Policy?
You have 30 days to test out your new furniture. If you are not totally satisfied after 30 days you may call us to initiate a return. You will be assessed with a 15% re-shipping/re-stocking fee.

Are finish colors accurate?
We have been online for 3 years and sold to thousands of households across the country and we have never had a complaint about a finish/color accuracy.
